"The leachate is stored in 1.9 million gallon glass-lined steel tanks equipped with secondary containment prior to being pre-treated and pumped to the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) in South Union Township."
This is a major source facility in
an Environmental Justice Area, which means it qualifies as a
so-called Trigger Permit under the DEP Office of Environmental
Justice, which means it should be given a Public Comment
opportunity and assistance obtaining documents. Stay tuned.
